Rocheberie 399 Conclave – A Distinguished Evening
Rocheberie 399 Conclave enjoyed an excellent and distinguished turnout from across the Province, setting an impressive tone for the evening. Taking pride of place were the Deputy Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, R. Wy. Bro. Neil E. A. Watkin, and Wy. Bro. Paul Regan, who attended as Provincial Grand Visitor. Their presence honoured Rocheberie 399 Conclave and added both distinction and significance to the proceedings.
Such a notable gathering brought considerable importance to the admission of Bro. Grant Cox into the rank of Prince of the Order. The presence of so many senior and respected brethren highlighted the significance of this important milestone and demonstrated the high regard in which the Conclave is held. It created an atmosphere of pride, encouragement and celebration, ensuring that Bro. Grant Cox’s advancement was marked in a truly memorable manner.
Following the completion of the formal proceedings and routine business, the Supreme Ruler, Wy. Bro. Jon Castle, formally received the Deputy Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, R. Wy. Bro. Neil Watkin, together with brethren from Sutton Coldfield Conclave. They presented and entrusted to his safekeeping the ceremonial “Travelling Arrow.”
With this presentation, Rocheberie 399 Conclave now assumes the responsibility of safeguarding the arrow before passing it on to its next destination, as it continues its traditional journey around the Province.
Following the close of the meeting, the brethren retired to the festive board, where good humour, friendship and fraternal fellowship prevailed. It was a fitting conclusion to an enjoyable and memorable evening.
We extend our warmest congratulations to Wy. Bro. Jon Castle and all the members of Rocheberie 399 Conclave, wishing them a happy, prosperous and successful year ahead.
