Bro. Jon Castle, Commander of the Provincial Grand Supreme Rulers Arch of Steel

On Saturday, 18th October 2025, Bro. Jon Castle, Commander of the Provincial Grand Supreme Rulers Arch of Steel, travelled to the coastal town of Newquay in Cornwall. Despite the weather being less than ideal, Jon’s spirits remained high as he made the journey south for a significant occasion: the Installation of a new Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler for the Province of Cornwall Wy Bro. Trevor Conroy PGSwdB, PGSR. This marked a particularly special milestone for Jon, as it was his inaugural attendance at an official event as a member of the Grand Supreme Rulers Arch of Steel.

The Installation ceremony was held in an atmosphere of great dignity and camaraderie, with members from across the Province and further afield gathering to witness the investiture of the new Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler. Jon Castle’s presence was warmly welcomed by all in attendance, with many expressing their appreciation for his commitment and enthusiasm in supporting the Province of Cornwall during this important transition.

Jon’s role in the Arch of Steel is both ceremonial and symbolic, representing the highest standards of dedication and service within the Order. His participation in this event set a positive tone for his future contributions and reinforced the bonds of friendship and fraternity that unite members throughout the country. The Province of Cornwall now looks forward to a new era under its newly installed leader, with Jon and his fellow members of the Arch of Steel providing steadfast support.

Everyone joins in wishing Jon Castle all the best as he embarks on this new chapter. We look forward to seeing him receive his collarette in recognition of his service and have no doubt that he will continue to uphold the values and traditions of the Grand Supreme Rulers Arch of Steel with distinction.
