Congratulation to our Three Warwickshire’s leaders of the Order Secret Monitor
Congratulation to our three Warwickshire’s leaders in the Order of the Secret Monitor—our Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler Dennis Freshwater, Deputy Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler Neil Watkin, and Past Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler Trevor Cavill—have shown incredible commitment to both charity and personal health by taking part in a sponsored weight loss challenge in aid of the Warwickshire OSM Almoners Fund.
Together, these three dedicated men have raised over £1,000 for the Almoners Fund, which helps support those in need within our community. Their efforts demonstrate not only compassion for others but also a willingness to lead by example in every aspect of life. We are truly proud of their achievements and grateful for everyone who has supported them so far.
Trevor Cavill, Past Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, achieved a remarkable weight loss of 4 stone 4.5 pounds (60.5lbs), going from 19 stone 7lbs down to 15 stone 2.5lbs. His commitment and perseverance are truly inspiring.
Neil Watkin, Deputy Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, lost an impressive 1 stone 13lbs (27lbs), reducing his weight from 21 stone 9lbs to 19 stone 10lbs. His dedication demonstrates how teamwork and friendly competition can help us reach our goals.
Dennis Freshwater, Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, shed 1 stone 2lbs (16lbs), going from 14 stone 5lbs to 13 stone 3lbs. His leadership in both charity and personal improvement sets a wonderful example for all members.
Altogether, these three have lost an incredible 103.5lbs—more than 7 stone between them. This not only represents a positive change in their own lives but also provides vital support for the Almoners Fund, which makes a real difference for people in need.
We sincerely thank everyone who has donated or cheered on our Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler and his colleagues. If you haven’t yet contributed, please consider joining us in supporting this important cause. Every contribution, large or small, helps us continue this valuable work.
By working together, we can improve our own health and well-being, while also helping to change the lives of others for the better. Congratulations again to Trevor, Neil, and Dennis for their outstanding achievements—both on the scales and in their service to the community.
