Godiva Conclave were honoured last night (20th February) with the Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler Dennis Freshwater acting as Counsellor for the evening and his Deputy Wy. Bro. Neil Watkin acting as guide.

The ceremonies were to induct Bro. Michael Southworth and then to proclaim Wy. Bro. Hosey Davoudian as Supreme Ruler.

The Induction was carried out faultlessly by Wy. Bro. Hosey who completed the whole ceremony except the address to the candidate which was given by R.Wy. Bro. Dennis Freshwater.

The proclamation was given by R.Wy. Bro. David H. Liddington and the address to the Supreme Ruler was given by Wy. Bro. Neil Watkin. The Conclave was further honoured by the presence of R.Wy. Bro. Merrill M. Elliott Grand Chancellor, who was later appointed Assistant Director of Ceremonies.

The Conclave was supported by a number of provincial visitors some of whom became temporary Officers for the evening and to whom the conclave was very grateful.

The event was a resounding success, with members and visitors alike enjoying the various ceremonies and festivities of the evening.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a strong sense of camaraderie and brotherhood. The honours and appointments bestowed upon various members of the Conclave were well-deserved, and only served to further strengthen the bond between the members. All in all, it was a truly memorable evening that showcased the best of what Godiva Conclave stands for.
