A new Conclave in the OSM is being formed with its installation at Wolverhampton and two other meetings periplectic.
A Scarlet Cord will also be formed at the same time for past serving members of the Armed Forces

This is a unique opportunity to become founding members of very special units
If you are not yet in Scarlet Cord but fancy joining this unit you can become a candidate
I know from those already setting up these units you will be very welcome
